The Meet The Buyer Business Match Making program at EXPO 2015 offers those attending the exhibition the benefit of private, pre-planned meetings with companies that are currently searching for new business partners on a domestic and international level.
We save you time and money. The event is all in one place, over the afternoon of the conference, leaving suppliers the opportunity to capitalize on networking at the conference during the morning session. There really is no better way to gain direct access to those you want to do business with.
Over 25 pre-planned meetings taking place in 2013; and this year is sure to be no different, with up to 75 buyers expected to take part in this program in 2015.
Attendees at Meet The Buyer can expect:
• To obtain direct face-to-face sales meetings with prospective customers who need their products or services • On a first come-first served basis, will be able to select from a list of buyers – having done their own up front and in advance research homework – on buyers’ specific purchasing requirements and interests • To speak straight to the decision maker in most meetings • All appointments are scheduled in advance, allowing for portfolio and pitch preparation to ensure the best possible outcome, but suppliers need to register early as seats are limited in the afternoon.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Who is PAKUSCC Business Matchmaking for?
The program is specifically tailored to vendors that are getting ready to do business with government agencies, primes, large corporations, economic development agencies, and international market leaders and commercial attaches from selected participating embassies.
In 2015, embassy commercial attaches from Asia will also be on site to meet with companies interested in growing their business internationally.
How is a small business defined? PAKUSCC follows the Small Business Administration’s standards of a “small business” – with less than 250 employees, according to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).
What is the format for the PAKUSCC Business Matchmaking meetings? Scheduled meetings are fifteen (15) minutes in length with a five minute break in between to allow buyers and sellers to move to their next appointment.
Can a business register in person at the Conference? Limited on-site registration will be available if there are remaining open appointments. Because appointment scheduling is done on a first-come, first-serve basis we highly recommend all sellers to pre-register for the event and to schedule your appointments in advance so you can gain access to more and most closely match opportunities. If you wait to register on-site, your options will be more limited. Always check in with our friendly Match Making Reception Table staff for details. How many representatives from each company may attend? Up to three (3) representatives from each participating small business may attend the business matchmaking appointment portion of the conference.
